At House of She Look, we value your trust and always aim to deliver the best quality products. However, in case of a genuine issue, we offer exchange or refund support under the following terms:
✅ Eligible for Exchange / Return / Refund (Within 7 Days)
Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery only in the following cases:
1️⃣ Wrong Size Delivered
If you receive a size different from what was ordered.
2️⃣ Damaged or Defective Product
If the product is torn, cut, stained, or damaged at the time of delivery.
📸🎥 Mandatory Proof Requirement (Very Important)
For any exchange, return, or refund request, the customer must provide BOTH:
- Clear photos of the product
- Full unboxing video
Unboxing Video Rules:
- Video must start from the sealed parcel
- Must clearly show the product completely
- Video should be continuous, clear, and unedited
⚠️ Without BOTH photo and video proof, no exchange, return, or refund request will be accepted.
❌ Not Eligible for Exchange / Return / Refund
- Customer ordered wrong size by mistake
- No photo and no unboxing video provided
- Product is used, washed, worn, or altered
- Accessories like earrings, innerwear, etc. (non-returnable due to hygiene reasons)
- Change of mind or personal preference
🔄 Exchange & Refund Terms
- Only One-Time Exchange Allowed per order
- Refunds are provided only if:
- Product is defective
- Wrong item delivered
- No refunds for size issues caused by customer mistake

After Dispatch:
- Refund will be processed only after the parcel is returned and inspected
