1. Once your order is placed, our team begins processing it immediately.
2. As most of our products are handcrafted or made-to-order, the time to dispatch depends on product availability.

✅ If the product is ready in stock:

1. Your order will be dispatched within 1–2 business days.
2. Estimated delivery time: Within 7 to 8 business days from the date of dispatch.

🧵 If the product is made-to-order:

1. We take approximately 4 days to manufacture the product.
2. Total estimated delivery time: 13 to 15 business days.

🕒 Estimated Delivery Time:

1. Minimum: 7 Days
2. Maximum: 15 Days
   Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier delays, holidays, or other unexpected factors.

📦 Shipping Method & Tracking:

1. We ship through trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, etc.
2. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email so you can track your order in real time.

⏳ Delays Due to Unforeseen Circumstances:

1. Natural calamities, courier delays, festivals, or restrictions may sometimes cause delays.
2. In such cases, we will keep you informed through email or WhatsApp.

📍 Important Delivery Guidelines:

1. Please ensure that your shipping address, email, and phone number are correct while placing your order.
2. If a delivery attempt fails and the product is returned to us, reshipping will require an additional shipping charge.
