Once your order is placed, our team begins processing it immediately.
As most of our products are handcrafted or made-to-order, the time to dispatch depends on product availability.

✅ If the product is ready in stock:

Your order will be dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery time: Within 7 to 8 business days from the date of dispatch.

🧵 If the product is made-to-order:

We take approximately 4 days to manufacture the product.
Total estimated delivery time: 13 to 15 business days.

🕒 Estimated Delivery Time:

Minimum: 7 Days
Maximum: 15 Days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier delays, holidays, or other unexpected factors.

📦 Shipping Method & Tracking:

We ship through trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, etc.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email so you can track your order in real time.

⏳ Delays Due to Unforeseen Circumstances:

Natural calamities, courier delays, festivals, or restrictions may sometimes cause delays.
In such cases, we will keep you informed through email or WhatsApp.

Please ensure that your shipping address, email, and phone number are correct while placing your order.
If a delivery attempt fails and the product is returned to us, reshipping will require an additional shipping charge.
