🚫 Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

At House of She Look, we value every order and understand that sometimes cancellations may be necessary. Kindly read our cancellation and refund terms below:

🛑 Order Cancellation:

Before Dispatch:

1. If you have placed an order and completed online payment, but the order has not been dispatched yet from our side:
2. You can email us at houseofshelook@gmail.com and request cancellation.
3. Your full payment will be refunded within 7 to 10 working days.

After Dispatch:

1. If your order has already been dispatched and is on its way or has reached your address, but you are unable to collect it:
2. Once the parcel returns to us, we will initiate the refund process.
3. The refund will be credited to your account within 7 to 10 working days from the day we receive the product back.

💳 Important Notes:

1. Refunds are only applicable to prepaid orders (online payments).
2. Refunds will be processed only once we receive the returned package in proper condition.
3. Refund time may slightly vary depending on your bank or payment method.
