2. Products & Orders

• All products listed on our website are either ready-to-ship or made-to-order.
• Made-to-order items may take 4 days to produce, and delivery may take up to 13–15 days.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us under rare circumstances.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise mentioned.
• We offer special discounts (e.g., ₹49 OFF) on select products or prepaid orders as per our promotional campaigns.
• Payment methods include UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed after full payment confirmation.
• Ready products are delivered within 7–8 business days, made-to-order items may take 13–15 business days.
• Shipment tracking is shared via SMS or email once the order is dispatched.

5. Order Cancellation

• If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, email us at support@houseofshelook.com.
• If the order has already been dispatched and you are unable to collect it, and payment was made online, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after we receive the returned parcel.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

We follow a strict exchange and return policy:

Exchanges are allowed only in the following cases:

1. Wrong size delivered
2. Damaged or defective product received

Conditions for exchange:

1. A full unboxing video from start to end is mandatory (no cuts, no edits).
2. Only 1 exchange is allowed per order.
3. No refunds will be provided once the exchange is done.
4. Return shipping charges (if applicable) may be borne by the customer unless the issue is from our side.

7. Use of Website

• You must not misuse our website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You may not attempt to harm, hack, or interfere with the website’s functionality.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website including logos, images, text, and designs are the property of House of She Look and are protected by copyright laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, holidays, or natural calamities.
• We take utmost care in packaging and dispatching the products, but once shipped, delays are out of our control.
