Damaged or Defective Product:

Mandatory Unboxing Video:

• The customer must record a full unboxing video starting from the sealed parcel to the product being fully visible.
• The video should be clear, continuous, and unedited.
• No exchange or return will be accepted without this video proof.

❌ Not Eligible for Exchange or Return:

• Customer ordered wrong size by mistake.
• No video while opening the parcel.
• Products that are used, washed, or worn.
• No refund requests will be accepted in any case.
